Visualization VSA

With Visualization VSA, a 3D digital prototype is created to simulate the production build process. The digital prototype includes a comprehensive representation of geometry, product variation (tolerances), assembly process variation (sequence, assembly attachment definition, tooling) and measurements. The model is used to predict if there will be any assembly build problems -- before any physical parts are made or tooling is cut. It also identifies the root causes of the build problems and enables the design, tolerances and assembly process to be optimized very early in the product development process.

Unlike traditional methods involving physical prototyping and real human subjects, Vis Jack helps you address human factors early in the design cycle, with digital people and prototypes. As a result, you can build fewer prototypes, get to market faster -- and produce more ergonomically sound products. Vis Jack enables you to:

· Insert digital men and women, and scale them by stature and weight

· Define behaviors that condition how the digital humans react when postured

· Posture digital humans by manipulating their joints

· Evaluate what digital humans can see from their point of view or through the display of view cones

Factory CAD

FactoryCAD is a factory layout application that gives you everything you need to create detailed, intelligent factory models. Instead of having to drawing lines, arcs, and circles, FactoryCAD allows you to work with "smart objects" that represent virtually all the resources used in a Factory, from floor and overhead conveyors, mezzanines and cranes to material handling containers and operators.
