Software Support and the Tech Support Hotline - Geometric Solutions uses state of the art tools to insure the customer’s question is answered fully.  As needed, Tech Support will initiate an over the Web Appshare to demonstrate and/or “take control” of the customer computer to help fix a modeling problem or some other software issue.  Proactively, Geometric Solutions offers periodic Web based “Lunch and Learn” 20 minute webinars highlighting tips and tricks for Siemens PLM Software.  Check the schedule and sign up for one or more today as participation is limited.  Also be sure to send in your ideas for what you’d like to see!  Another support feature provided by Geometric Solutions is an annual “by appointment” visit to show our customers what’s the latest in Siemens PLM Software and see if there are any questions or issues we can handle for you while we’re there.
